I have confirmed the mouse does not use a coating - it uses a specialized plastic molding which has the surface feel ingrained on the material directly.This process is actually arguably MORE expensive to do and prevents discoloration with use. Fantech really is just trying to bring BANGERS without the B.S. higher upcharge for 4K.

another fresh review, I really like how fantech improving every single product they've made, my first fantech mouse was xd3 with kinda bad performance and qc but after aria fantech product just took it another level. From qc to build and sensor implementation everything was tremendous change

Insanely hyped on this. I mained Aria for quite a bit and absolutely love the flatter side profile instead of the mouse curving inwards from top to bottom. Was thinking of Maya but with this released and my huge respect for Fantech and especially Josh (their representative) I am looking forward to just one-tap ordering this 🙃

la-1 feels longer and more narrow. The two mice feel quite different in the hand

We need companies to up their side-button game, and while they're at it, why not their scroll-wheel button game too. Make them optical or use better switches or something because my Lamzu Atlantis OG V1, Haste, X2V1 Mini and Keris Aimpoint ALL have busted side buttons especially the "back" button(I forget if it's M4 or M5). Sucks when I'm browsing pages on the interwebs and it goes back twice. In-game I know it isn't really felt that much because the actions they're bound to mostly have a "one time use" action like an ability with a cooldown, or healing items etc. But c'mon, doesn't it make sense to want those to last as long as M1 & M2?

Sora og actually ended up hurting my wrist for some reason. Maybe the targeted hump hit me in the wrong spot. Do you think the rounded hump on the helios would work better? Weird that the x2 medium hump doesn't bother me at all then

As always with cheap mice, make sure you guys always PURSUE that RMA or refund request if your copy is iffy. You deserve better than subpar quality control.

We can hope for good qc across the batches. Haven’t had an issue personally with fantech yet. Not sure about others

Our quality is pretty on-point ngl. Our Aria received a lot of fantastic reviews and love from the community, which we're entirely grateful for as a small company. We're cheaper not because of shortcuts taken, but because we firmly believe that there shouldn't be a "4k tax". People shouldn't be paying more for a feature that's considered standard now.
