Hi sir i have 611d 840c siemens and im getting contour monitoring fault on rotary axis

Contour monitoring means heavy load in axis , first check the axis load. If it is ok then change control card, or it's LT module.

If everything you change like lt module, control card, motor then check encoder and motor cable
