Wow! How awesome. We went to FAO on our Christmas NYC trip the week after Christmas. We couldn't even move in the store or see anything. I really think they should have left us waiting outside longer and let less people in at a time. It was impossible to even shop for the most part. I was really disappointed. It wasn't at all like going there when I was a child.

It’s such a small store, it’s cool but you can literally see the whole store in 2 minutes. In my opinion it was very disappointing
