Thanks so much, i didnt know all of this My first project went great, then after that every thing went left...i got crack because i thought maybe it didnt matter how much water i pour

I can't remember if I mentioned in the video, but you can also reinforce your plaster of Paris with nylon fibres or similar. :)

What molding material do you use and where do you get them? I seen other videos with concrete and things where they use a sander as a vibrator to help get the air bubbles out I don’t know if it would work for something like this

I’m In The United States & it’ seems like there’s millions of different types of plasters of Paris do you know Ome you would recommend?

all the plaster of paris i have used has a 2 plaster to one water ratio, never seen a 1 to 1 ratio, in fact i have created a mixture by mistake that was 1 water to 1.5 plaster that created nightmare castings that were so soft that it took weeks to dry and was subject to crumbling under slight pressure, in fact the hundreds of castings of POP using the 2 to 1 ratio mix i have never seen the results crack, when using the POP 2 to 1 ratio is not needed to be exact just heed the wetter the mixture the less strength of the casting has

also soapy water will destroy laytex molds only use soapy water on silicone molds
