What an experience I had while following through with your video for beginners! How frequently, do you suggest, we should access the records? I'm just getting started.

I would see how the energy impacts you. Feel into whether it feels like an expansive curiosity or more of a human eagerness to re-enter. When you feel that expansive curiosity, you enter again. It’s almost like a magnetic pull. That being said, I would recommend every few days at the start. If you have had a lot of intuitive experience or deep meditation you may be able to adjust rapidly, but I would go in for short periods of time to start.

I watched this video following your opening the akashic records for beginners which I loved. I was relaxed and sleepy following that video. I followed up, during this video, to look into the human design. The answer to my question while in the records, came to me in the HD. What happened after that, blew me away for the next 24+ hours. This works amazing. First modality that worked for me so clearly and so quickly.

Hi Laura, is it always need to close the record after we open it or just leave it open?

You can do either. It’s a frequency based space so they will automatically close as you shift into the human sauce lol. Some people do better with a clear closing of the records and I usually recommend that as you start to practice in this space.

You’re welcome. Anyone is accessible. That being said, we want their permission to connect with their spiritual field. You/I can feel into this since he cannot communicate. You’ll be able to feel if he is not open for connection.

Thanks so much! Stellar beam calcite is the best stone for The Akashic Records. I also like entering with my lemurian quartz as well. Have you ever tried opening The Akashic Records of crystals? Because you can!

How long can we stay in the Akash? I find I can stay for a few hours, and sometimes I've fallen asleep and wake up in the middle of the night to close the "session."

As long as you’d like! You can keep them open all day and overnight. It’s a frequency based space so they will automatically close once you shift too far away from that vibration. Sometimes you can just tune back in with a deep breath or light intention.

Hi Laura, only a few months ago I lost my dad. Sice then i am experiencing psychic awakening. I feel that he wants to contact me and us helping me on my journey. I started to meditate and am trying to access the acasha records. I tried your meditation on it, i could visialize myself in the libraby but i didnt find my name.. and in my head a knew that i am just making that picture up and that its not anything spiritual.
