She doesn't need more cutscenes. She is the past of Jason, someone he will get over with, over the course of the journey. But she still interact with Jason when we rescue other friends, and in the cave where we take shrooms for Daisy, the hallucinations implied the state of their relationship. And that's enough to know how significant she was to the old Jason. More cutscenes would have less subtlety, so it's better this way.

The part when Vaas yells at you is probably one of the most intimidating and emotionally tense part of any game. That is the reason why Vaas is so fucking amazing and why he deserved to be the main villain and deserves Character of the Year. He fucking made this game

Despite the girls in FC3 fall into the "damsel in distress" trope, that didnt stop them into becoming really good chaarcters: The developers managed to gave liza some expression to her model, you can feel there is concern in her eyes for the thing Jason is becoming, but also how she trust him and taking joy in seeing him finally living up to his potential. She is motherly and comprehensive and perhaps the BEST person Jason`s group has to offer: Daisy on ther other ahd, fits me into strong and resourceful woman model, she manages to get over her partner`s death and begins to contribute to the escape effort, she also delvers one of the most powerful lines I`ve seen in a shooter so far, reminding us that "Weapons are meant to kill not to save" This goes to show that a good femenine chaarcter doesn`t need to be clad in armor or do the shooting to be memorable and relevant tot he story

IF you're having problems with the fire segment, do three things: 1) Turn off the sound... until you are escaping by truck; (Lisa's voice and the fire's general chaos are very distracting) 2) Load up on Fireproof injections (and use them) but keep moving 3) Review Jason's movements/turns using the KZbin videos The following missions are much easier.
