Well dang it he didn't explain what was done in the description. He just said it was a mix. So I thought he had added a few sounds to spice it up. I just know the obvious main song. The other is ticking clocks? Is that also a Far Cry song, or is that another that sounds similar to far crys soundtrack. Because I've heard a couple of songs that are not from far cry but have the similar melody.

I know it's been over 8 years but I hope you are still active. This is such an amazing song, I can not even comprehend how these 2 mix so well together. The original song captures astonishingly well Jason's trip to madness, how he himself slowly turns into the monsters he is fighting, or so I thought. This mix, and especially the violin, gives this its more fitting sadder tone that it deserves. It truly captures how Jason, in his effort to try and save his friends, nearly ends up destroying them all. Truly wonderful. Congratulations OP, this is spectacular! I can't thank you enough for this.

for people who are wondering whether this is in fact a remix or just the theme, i believe it is a mix of the original theme, which is louder and more intense, and the final credits song, which is almost identical except for the strings and some vocals. in my opinion the two combined are better then either apart.
