FAR CRY 6 - CO-OP CAMPAIGN GAMEPLAY!

I’ve had the game since it came out on the 7th and I’ve already cleared two of the regions but my friend finally gets it tomorrow. Would you recommend I just start a new game to go at an even pace with him and so that the items on the map are there for both of us or is it coo if I just stick to my main one.

Stick to your main one, you lose nothing and the map will still show you stuff, if anything it’s a great way to stock up on resources. Any time he opens loot or does a story mission for an item you already have, the game gives you a crap to of resources instead.

Does it save progress for both players? Or will my spouse have to lose all gear the following day when they join?

When we played my wife kept all her guns and skill unlocks, campagn progress is separate

This game looks absolutely gorgeous and way better than when Just Cause 4 came out and I even think to this day for the most part. 😂 So happy that you had such a good COOP fun time together. 😊👍

@@jblazer49 second player saves all upgrades, rank, unlocks and weapons, but story progression isn’t. Due to the non linear nature of the story, but honesty, keeping every upgrade and resource and unlock makes this a much smoother coop than the previous ones.

How is the tether distance? In Far Cry 5 it was rather annoying and you couldn't really split up when you take down enemies.

2P get any item, 1P will get it automatically? Including unique equipment and Criptograma Chest? I heard that someone disappeared forever Criptograma Chest. The final quantity is 1-29

Yes in two player, one person picks up items, and both get it. FND military boxes give each player a random item from the loot pool, but special unique chests give the same reward for both players.

Once you finish the prologue, you can play the entire game coop including all story missions special operations and all side quests

It takes about 45 minutes to an hour to unlock co-op, then the whole rest of the game is co-op

In cutscenes you will see your custom Dani, with whatever clothes or gear you’re using, non guests will keep all skills gear and weapons, everything except story mission progress

You play as your character in the coop, so yes, you can have two guys or two girls no problem
