Far Cry 6 Miami Location after 100% Completion

Do you have to get 100% completion to unlock that area or no? I hope it's not required.

ya get 3 save game locations. guess we gotta do it by boat like other guides say

@@Paperclown i've tried it and all other transports and you cant go if you choose to save clara unless you start a new game

@@UntitledGaming12 kinda sucks too on ubisoft connect they divided Challenges from Achievements. Can't track achievements on 3rd party sites only challenges :/
