It's actually easier if you do this at a checkpoint. Since there's only one alarm. It's a guarantee trophy/achievement to work.

Like in New dawn ( and I guess to allow for trophy hunting without having to start a new game) it does give you an option to let a captured base go, so you can recapture.

Thank you for the guide! Very helpful, also I think I got the band from a random chest, cause I don't remember buying it, and didn't even know it, when I went to buy it, it wasn't there. Seeing your video I noticed I had a similar piece of gear so I opened my menu and gear to see it there in my inventory, facepalmed myself then used your guide to learn the rest of the steps needed on how to get the trophy

If you’ve completed all bases you can go to the museum of false revolution as it always has alarms that reset!

or go to the option on the map to abandon a base, then just attack it again.

There must be another requirement for the techmaster band because it its not available to me. My barracks is lvl 3. Nevermind. I found it while exploring. Seems that you can also find it in a crate.

When I tried it the soldier didn’t die so I didn’t get the achievement, I think my rank being at 20 has made the have to much health to be killed by it
