I do like your videos and watch quite often. BUT I do wonder why you hardly ever use a cutting board. Why? You can make a cutting board very easily - just cut off a part of a plank. Using a cutting board would make cutting your vegetables easy, the shapes would be regular, and would therefore also be evenly cooked.
