good day sir! ask lang po if need po na meron yung tatlo talaga na control, significant influence at joint control para maging related party or kahit control at joint control lang walang significant influence OR significant influence at joint control lang ay related party pa din? unrelated lang po sya kung control lang or significant influence lang or joint control lang at wala yung dalawa.
