My husband and I find this to be the most relaxing and beautiful program on TV. I wish they could let us know details such as the name of the dishes they're preparing, the names of the flowers, and more. I agree with you. It's so calming to watch this simple life these two are living. But I find it very frustrating that there are no captions with any information whatsoever. Whomever is filming/editing is savvy and must be aware that it makes MUCH MORE SENSE to know names of flowers, spices, dishes. No matter what we comment, they never bother. I know these people don't speak English, but there are other Azerbaijan channels that at least make an attempt to educate their audience. Why can't this channel?

Congratulations. Thank you for the video and many more videos. The Faraway Family from Azerbaijan was cooking outside whether there were any season changes. Cooking vegetables, fish, and pit cooking live stock was prepared with all ingredients needed. They grew vegetables year round in a heat house that the Faraway husband and wife team built. That is why, there is fresh vegetables. The husband and wife team lived off of the resources of the land. Everyone's was greatly appreciated for their invitation and hospitality. Thank you. It bothers me that people want to see the inside of their house or wonder why they eat outside. What the recipes are etc.They do not get it. I thought they had no electricity but 2:38:07 into the video where he’s feeding the animals by the barn you can see lights on the side of the barn. I wondered how they heat their house because there’s no chimney? So I’m happy to see they have electricity & probably heat the house that way. I love the scenery & the way this couple works hand & glove like a well oiled machine. There’s a lot of love & respect there. It soothes my soul watching them cook. I have thoroughly enjoyed observing your way of life. The vegetables are gorgeous, you can hear the crispness as you cut into them. I can appreciate all the effort of preparation in the outside kitchen and wonder if it is typical meals are eaten outside even as the snow is falling. At the beginning of the video I was amazed at the volume of food prepared, thinking 10 children would be joining you any minute. Why is so much prepared at each meal?
