Never would I have thought that my rant and the language therein would be part of a C++ lecture, so... thanks I guess? :D (nowadays I probably would try to sound more serious and work a L1/L2 cache angle instead of "don't multiply in inner loops" becasue that's really not that much of a problem anymore but yeah, the principles still stand)
