Thank you Octane, i can’t even describe the impact you have had on my life as funny as it might sound. My first taste of competitive Call of Duty was black ops 3 and all i wanted to do was get better. I mimicked your play style and setups when you were at Rise. I can confidently say i wouldn’t have the love that i do now for esports if you were not a player. i am now going to school for sport casting and looking to cast in the league one day. It's hard when you miss out on some of the family events, milestones, and other personal life outside your work during your "young adult" years. I remember hearing about professional cod back during BO3 but not caring about it too much, however, once covid hit I remember scrolling on yt and seeing pro cod was going on but online, MW 2019, and I remember crossing paths with Octane’s rising YT channel during that time and loving his playstyle and commentary during gameplay, from seeing him move away from Seattle to him win another championship during the Vanguard season, It has a nice connection to me to see ig a favorite player of mine to be able to move on in good terms with their career, octane u are a goat and I can say all of us COD fans appreciate ur competitiveness for years, good luck to you moving forward as a content creator! ❤️🖤
