How dare you use vibrato, you Philistine! 😜 Nice rendition of one of my favorite tunes.

BPM.....don’t estimate...use your wristwatch second hand;...tap your foot or March to the beat as he’s playing...count the # of foot taps ( left and right) in 15 seconds....x4. = # beats per minute (60 seconds) He’s playing at 80bpm. A good staid beat for this tune as a soloist...on parade you’d want to be at 88bpm at least ..even up to 96 bpm. ( use increments of 8 bpm) ...otherwise you’ll have the fire trucks behind you crawling up yer arse.

Any parade I've been in, they put the Fire trucks at the front, in case they get a callout.

lovely, do you think that you can teach some reels and jigs selection? please? I can not find reels and jigs for study here in youtube. I'm from Costa Rica and is kind of hard to study the bagpipe alone,

If you had to estimate, what BPM do you think your playing this at?
@NeilClark-FalkirkPiping6 жыл бұрын
I never really think about that... 50?
