Sad to see 507029 go to scrap, but excited that 507001 is heading to preservation after its special trip to Derby for Railway 200! Thanks for watching this farewell to the Class 507s. Make sure to subscribe to 1ea Transport for more transport content!

The question 🙋♀️ is that is the 3 car class 507029 likely to face the scrapyard? This is because I’ve found out that it will soon 🔜 be history and the only class 507 is left on the railway 🚃 is the 3 car class 507001 is used for preserved railways 🚆 🚃 is probably somewhere in England 🏴. Rest in peace 🪦 to class 507s and 508s that had previously been scheduled 📅 📆 off lease from ME - Merseyrail in the county of Merseyside, northwest of England 🏴 and are replaced by the brand new 🆕 4 car class 777s has previously been delivered recently, a while ago and finally a long time 🕰️ ago. Yes 🙌 👏 👍 things change in life. There are no toilets 🚾 🚻 🚽 on ME - Merseyrail is because it’s a short journey and I get it. ME - Merseyrail runs daily including public holidays except Christmas 🎄🧑🎄 🤶 🎅 Day is because it’s a biggest bank 🏦 holiday in the world 🗺️ 🌍 🌎 🌏 and the people want to open their Christmas 🎄🎅 🤶 🧑🎄 presents 🎁 🎁 🎁 on Christmas 🎄🎅 🤶 🧑🎄 Day. 👍

Hi there! Yes, sadly Class 507029, like the rest of the 507 fleet (except 507001, which is being preserved), is set to face the scrapyard as the new Class 777s take over. It’s the end of an era for the 507s and 508s, which have served Merseyrail for over 40 years. You’re absolutely right-Merseyrail doesn’t have toilets because the journeys are short, and they don’t run on Christmas Day to let everyone enjoy the holiday. It’s always tough to see old trains go, but progress brings exciting changes too. At least 507001 will live on for future generations to appreciate!
