@@dpacula63 if Gage attacked, Cimo would have activated dust during the battle phase, putting Gage in a bad spot. Cimo even said this in the original prog video

@@dpacula63 wrong. Cimo misplayed because he didn't assume that Gage would tribute. Playing to your opponent's methods is just as important as understanding what cards out situations, as otherwise, you can still read the situation incorrectly and lose anyways. Either way, the correct out was to instantly fire the Dust. Gahgeh wanted the monster to tribute it. Whether he was attacking with it or not, Dusting immediately was the only option there, and even then, Gage still had a normal summon available, meaning he still could have had an out.

@@Sassaparilla if he dusted during MP1, he could just normal summon after. However, if he waited until the BP, then he would still have that face down which gage doesn't know what it was. He therefore would probably be to scared to do his normal summon out of fear of something like torrential. Also considering the fact cimo has been mailing pulling the rugs lately, I think statistically dust tornado during the BP is the best thing.

They are 17-15 because Gage "stole" 9 matches at the beginning of the series when his pulls were extremely better than Alex's ones. They were 4-9 for Gage, so that means Gage lost 13 of the last 19 episodes

Honestly I said this in the acutal Prog episode. This loss is a major blessing in disguise cause now Cimo gets to keep Stien, Duster, and his other good pulls and as long as Gage doesn't pull a Starlight or Promo *Knocks on wood* since he messed up his glad beast package he ain't gonna be able to fix it.

Cimo literally just has to survive the turn and we know Gage doesn't have an 1800 attack beater because, if he did, the correct order would be to summon that and THEN Snatch Steal to play around literally everything. Who gives a shit if Gage summons a monster after Dust? Unless it's an 1800 attack monster (which I just showed above that we can deduce Gage doesn't have in hand) then who gives a fuck? So it attacks over Stein. And? Gage can't beat a 2800 beater. We can snowball our way into a win after that. Worst case scenario for Cimo if Gage summons a monster and attacks over Stein is he can attack with Twin next turn and set the Spy, which Gage also has no answer to and will lead into Jinzo/Thestalos. There is no way to slice it where playing Dust Tornado in reaction to Snatch Steal is incorrect. You're argument of "he should know Cimo has Pulling the Rug" can be just as easily countered with "he should know Cimo has Dust Tornado and MST". It doesn't track. Cimo lost for one of three reasons. 1) He is up 2-0 and loves the content he's getting with his card pool atm and didn't want a card banned. 2) He was trying to play for content and dramatically pretend he lost and then Dust and take Twin back at the last second. 3) He legitimately just misplayed super hard as his move was incorrect for the reasons listed above.

This episode is a fucking train wreck and a half and I'm calling it that Cimo threw at the end. even with "pulling the rug" in the board and Gage forgetting about it. Alex Says that he knows 2/5 cards in his hand (2 thunders) after 2 turns where gages best plays were Summon monster banish light and dark. The moment Snatch came down, Cimo knows he had it because he doesn't wait for everything he just says oh yeah "content time" and then Gage does the DUMBEST shit ever and tributes over it so he can "be safe from battle traps" (I'm sure) that haven't been played the whole episode.

Farfa and Friends is handled by Farfas and MBTs Editor Vlad/Hypnocorn, who's also a great duelist btw, on Farfas and MBTs behalf. Progrussy is just the cheap knockoff of Vlad.
