Terri-Ann, I am Bajan now living in England, my paternal grandmother was St Lucian and I remember her making Farine, saltfish and pear and she we ate it off enamel plates and she would always eat hers on the step of the house (don’t know why). I haven’t had farine for over 50 years and I remember loving it.
