I feel like making the game easier for the sake of newbies is a BAD idea, trust me, I've seen it happen in other games. It may be overwhelming at first, but the game mechanics aren't rocket science, you'll get used to it after a week or so if you simply keep playing. This change is only going to increase the quantity of brain dead players in higher ranks, and discourage players from actually improving their skills.

I'm pretty sure most people would agree that AIM ASSIST needs to be REDUCED not enhanced. There are plenty of videos and examples out there showcasing how to abuse this system which makes it unfair. I understand that there currently may not be a huge player base, but I feel Farlight should consider CONTROLLER and MOBILE players to be in a different queue than PC players. Aim assist has an advantage during close range encounters whereas PC players have an advantage in long range. It would be much more fair for them to be in completely different queues. Part of a shooter as it has been stated is to learn how to control your weapon systems not make it easy.

In the name of all my friends and 99.99 of the community, please don't remove the jetpack. I was once a new player, as all of us, and i learned how to manage it. If you change that, you make us learn the game again, and some of us won't enjoy it that much and maybe we will just move on onto another game. I like the ideas, adding depth to gunplay and heroes is a incredible step forward, as of now i think that guns are pretty similar (AR to AR, smgs to smgs), and we choose between them just looking numbers, but not situation or preference. Heroes have this problem too, as i think we actually dont need (at public match level) to think about compositions, only get your character and you're good to go. Jetpack changes are a little worrying, as it is what make the game what it is, and keeps it apart of other BRs, so i would tweak it with a lot of care (but i'm certain you know that). The mecha thing i think could go very wrong. Seems great for a event, os special mode for like, two weaks, with prizes and exp bonus, but as core game mechanic it could destroy the point of being a "shooter" game. I already think some vehicles are too powerful, War Falcon for example makes no noise, is easy to use, it's projectiles destroy full shields and killing someone while flying is really difficult, adding a mega mecha all powerfull would, in my opinion, kill part of the core part of the FPS (mecha goes burrrrr). That being said, I love how you are really concerned to the future of the game we love, and I hope you will do your best to balance things out, and listening to the community. Obs: A little extra, events and changes to the existing maps (maybe even more than new maps) could bring a lot of life to the game, so please, some evolutions, structure changes, random events or season events (like the mecha thing), think about it!!

I only just started playing this game around a month ago so take what I say with a grain of salt. But the jetpacks are the things that make it standout much more compared to other br's out there, so I don't think you should nerf them if that was the idea, but again, thats just me. Now as for the Mini-Boss thing, I am a bit worried as I don't want it to be too strong to take down and just wind up dying from the thing (as compared to getting taken out by a squad). I'm also worried that when you get to pilot the robot, its not too OP aswell, I trust that you can find some way to balance it to not make it feel like once you get the thing its game over for any other team unless another team managed to get one aswell. Point being, I trust your judgement and please keep up the great work!

One of the reasons I sometimes stop playing is because the matchmaking system is highly unjust, where I'm just an Gold V and I get matched with As, with Legend, and the game becomes very unfair and there are many consecutive games like this... This takes away my enthusiasm for playing and as I know, there are many others with this problem... This should be your top priority number one

the jetpacks are pretty well balanced. Getting used to hitting any flying player is something players will get a hold of eventually so please don't change the jetpack dynamics. Having slide option is something you can add, to continue the momentum of the game during jetpack cooldown

Everything sounded fine other than the jetpacks. The Jetpacks are what makes farlight farlight. I know they arent getting rid of them, but they are fine where they are now, even with gunplay changes.

Honestly, to make Farlight not only have more satisfying gameplay, but also stand out from the crowd of other battle royales, the most obvious step for me seems to just play very very heavily into its unique mechanics. In this case the jetpack. It's useful, but it doesn't always feel like my character has a futuristic three-dimensional movement device strapped to their back. I'd suggest maybe giving it a much lower base cooldown to make it feel more useful before late game, and to compensate maybe shortening its move distance/speed by a little bit to stop players from getting disoriented and overwhelmed by divers (maybe add some momentum to the characters to allow them to still travel far with the jetpack, but with less instantaneous mobility). Maybe make the player characters a little faster by default too, because right now using the jetpack off cooldown while exploring the map allows you to get from place to place so much faster in the early game, but punishes you by leaving your jetpack on cooldown by the time you see enemies defending the location you're trying to loot. You could also increase the speed or mobility of the wall climb feature, making the jetpack feel more present in moment to moment movement. The jetpacks are a great addition to the game, and I find myself trying to use them in other battle royales and wondering why my character isn't flying sometimes. I've never had a problem balancing my focus on gunplay, abilities, and movement, but it does make a lot of sense that balancing this game for PC and mobile would be pretty difficult.

I understand that devs really wanna slightly simplify the game for newbies by potentially removing Jetpacks but I believe that's gonna be a terrible choice. IMO, you should instead put a proper and better Jetpack tutorial at the start of the account and add them to the loading tips as well. Also please add a setting to avoid aim and shoot button camera rotation. It's sooo frustrating having the camera go wild mid fight just because I'm using more than 2 fingers to play. Clicking and holding buttons shouldn't rotate the camera

Just a little suggestion, almost all of the new players don't have any idea of the background story of characters or even the game itself. So it would be nice to release some cool flashback cinematics about the story of the world Farlight84 is set in. Also some of these elements can also be added in game like zomborgs, solar energy stations,... etc. Btw, I hope the jetpack 'adjustment' does not disappoint us. Anyways, I am excited for the new mecha and I hope to see more activities added to the game in the updates that follow. 😄👍

The only change it really needs is in MKR, returning the shot without reloading would be perfect and launching new champions, there is no need for changes to the jetpacks, or inventing a robotic boss, the game is already perfect, it just needs a variety of skins, official championships, new champions.. That's all we need!! If you continue messing around where you shouldn't mess around like the "jetpacks" you will lose a lot of players, beginner players may not know how to use the jetpacks, but just play and over time they will learn... I have a suggestion for the jetpacks, please, just make them always be the Orange tier. Lose the loot drop aspect of jetpacks. Make them universal with mobility characters having shorter cooldowns than tanks ect. Making it loot based it what makes them so underutilized. Having to sit and wait for the jetpack for ages before use while in a gunfight can make or break a fight tbh. it's already a loot fest for attatchments, armor, guns, and such that just removing those from loot pool could highly make things more easy for new players and balance things out.

Its great you're thinkng about new players and making things flow easily for gameplay. However maybe start with the training guide that farlight offers new players. I introduced this game to my sister and watched her play the turtorial and it left out a lot important things and one of em was how to use the jet pack features and especially navagating what buttons were what on her screen. I basically had to teach her how to use them and the game tutorial was pointless for her.

I loved your idea of Mech fight in battle royale. It will be exciting and thriller. I remembered a game which is so fun "Super Mecha Champions". And while adding a new map add a option solo mode. This game has duo and squad which is great but lacks the real fun solo mode in battle royale. In solo mode battle royale we will feel easy to understand ourself skill and fighting ability. In duo and squad we depend on our team but in solo we will depend on ourself and will easily understand our mistake and strength.

Farlight if you want to save your game listen to players , listen to community. Game have alot of bot players because of separate ranks duo have separate rank, 3 have separate rank and squad have different rank . Come on farlight make all these different rank in one and let players decide what they want to play just combine duo , trio , and squad rank un next season and also add solo rank but dont make it as a separate rank. Bring more things to game. Listen to your players and you will be the next greatest battle royale

the jet packs are what makes farlight 84 a overall good game. what i also thing farlight needs is more snipers like the bar 95. also the new map will be good.what i like about farlight 84 is that yous actually listen to us players. And im also sure if i could play the game as a newbie everyone can its just a matter of time to get used to the game and movements there is no need to touch them

Might I suggest the mec having a minor bubble shield to protect the user a little, it’s good that the other vehicles are easy to shoot people out of if you’re good enough to. But if the mech is gonna be a “raid boss” on the map so to speak, it would be smart that the user won’t be able to get shot out immediately by a good team.

hello, two concerns about these future features: 1) a nerf to the jetpack would hit a point that is too important and appreciated by players 2) adding a super mecha has nothing to do in a BR it just risks ruining the games and disgusting the teams some suggestions: 1) add solo games 2) when we choose between two random maps, make sure that this is really the case, new players don't even know that the Lampton map exists and that would bring players back to it otherwise congratulations for your work and your updates

Ayo if the new update is really removing jetpacks from the game and only keeping it for Maggie, its no longer the same game and honestly y'all are gonna start losing players coz you're removing one of the core aspects of the game.
