Thank you Saurabh for your informative videos. I have a quick query here and im unable to get a clear answer. Many companies including reputed ones are launching DTCP ventures in conservation zones. As we have a lot of conservation zone particularly in the south , does it make sense to invest in these DTCP ventures? Also, do you advise to go for DTCP/HMDA ventures in residential zones only? Is there value in purely speculating that these conservation zones will eventually turn into residential zones?

Is it DTCP layout? If not, if u can get DTCP permission with same plan, it will even safe and secure and no need to worry about conversion etc burdens and re-work in getting dtcp permission

Saurabh, it is really a good concept to have a farm house for middle class people who has an apartment in City but want to spend lively natural environment. I think this concept will gain its popularity once people start living in it and become friends. I wish I could buy one but could not do that because of my existing commitments. Thanks to you and Vikram (I see honesty in your thoughts and business too)
