My thoughts on this beautiful property: If I buy this, would I want to stay in this house all year long? Or would I make it a vacation home 3 or 4 times a year? Who would use it at other times of the year? Rent it out via BnB? There isn't enough to make it a mini resort, no swimming pool, no gazebos, no pergolas, no cabanas, nothing. So it's not ready to be a mini resort. How is the condition of the neighborhood? What is the main source of income for the people around this property? Are they fully employed?
