Loving the 80 thousand dollar truck my friend..

😂Well that’s probably what a new one cost these days! I like it too but not for $80k It’s a 2012 that I bought used in 2018. That’s the only way I could afford it. It’s been a good truck though. I appreciate you watching commenting👊🏻

Yeah, even though we didn’t recover the logs. We were still able to salvage the day. Ended up getting that entire dump trailer, split and stacked among other things that don’t make it on camera. Thanks for watching Phil .

Yes we have been very fortunate with the close proximity of my father-in-laws farm and the neighbors farm this past year. Makes the time spent so much more efficient! Yeah I give Evan a hard time about all my free labor😂 Believe me I’m the one coming out on the good end. The time we have spent together doing firewood is priceless to me!! Thanks for watching 👊🏻

Mighty fine work fellas!! Evan handles that saw like a champ!! Like yall, we’re having unusual Hi temps. It’s 75* right now in TN,, we got some severe weather On the way that’s gonna bring some cooler temps and hopefully not much damage. Enjoyed it fellas!!

Thanks. Evan was taught at a young age how to do most things so he is very comfortable at it. One day Cruze will be teaching you things like Evan is for me now🤣 Yeah it was near 70here today and supposed to be near 80 Wednesday. Then only in the 40’s Thursday. Storms are a coming! I actually got worried we were going to sink the Silverado but Evan realized it started getting squishy and turned just in time. So proud of what my boy can do! I have always been accused of growing him up too fast! I am confident when he goes out on his own he will be just fine! Thanks for watching Ken👊🏻

Yeah it was plenty solid all the way down until it hit that little shelf! Oh well I got a clean truck out of it😂 80 is gonna be a bit much for me. It will help mud season. Thanks for watching 💃🕺

Well ,good morning guys. Thought the truck was going to sink. Glad you didn’t go down. Was great hearing the dove in the back ground cooing. So Mr Todd. Give me a honest opinion of your Duramax. I have been a Ford person all my life. I’m thinking of upgrading to larger pickup. So give me mileage,problems if any etc. Nice splitting that cherry. Have a great day. Al
@toddsoutsideagain5 ай бұрын
Hello Allen! Thought we were going to sink there for a minute as well😂 Love my Duramax. It’s a workhorse when it comes to towing and hauling. Not the fanciest on interior but it’s a 2012. I get on average about 18mpg city and if I run the interstate not towing it will average 23-24mpg. Towing my 40ft fifth wheel it averages 14.5 mpg. Thanks for watching 👊🏻

I have the similar truck not sure what year yours is mines an 18 GMC that thing will get stuck on a banana pill if it’s not in four-wheel-drive. awesome to see your son has a good work ethic and he pays his dues by cleaning your truck 💪🏼

I was thinking the same thing🤣 That hill is a lot steeper than the camera leads on. I don’t think I’ll ever try to pull the dump trailer down there. Evan is a great kid. I was giving him a hard time about detailing my truck(2012) for weeks! I had a good excuse😂 Thanks for watching Tim👊🏻

@brandonhoad90335 ай бұрын
That's not wide enough? Could put field rock in stream to widen driveable area. Sounds like truck has one of those boat anchors (diesel) under the hood? Lucky it didn't go to China. One year during deer season the two guys with them both got stuck in mud and guys w gas got thru just fine. Had to go get one of Chuck's tractors to pull them out😂😂😂. Best part was, his land and he had one of the anchors. 80? Holy crap. Think they saying 60 here in WNY. Getting no significant value from the mug I see😅😅. Touche, free labor😅. Evan, those pieces w the ugly little knot bumps or curves, save them for top of the pile.
@toddsoutsideagain5 ай бұрын
It’s plenty wide enough. I know the camera doesn’t give the full perspective. It’s only going to be crossed with the tractor for hay harvest. Won’t be any combines going thru. Yeah the duramax is heavy, so when it gets stuck, your STUCK!! 80 is gonna be a shock to the system🥵 Thanks for watching Brandon👊🏻
