I know this is negative, but I have to be honest. This DLC is a massive letdown for the game. It literally adds no new functionality to the game. You can do everything in this park with mods that already exist in the hub and better in my opinion and the fact that they're charging for this isn't insult. Even if this was free I wouldn't download it, Thank you for showing it

For me it's a good idea but not executed at the level I would expect. It seems half finished 1. The sell points should be standard sell points but with the wanted lists paying 10% more for the day they are required. 2. The distribution centre should have come with a whole new in game menu like a contract, suppliers require X but on larger scales you then get given a row and rack number etc to deliver it for a bonus 3. Solar panels should be washable with a jet wash or the robot and deffo should be using the in game dirt feature. 4. Sugar beet should be cut then washed or washed then cut for an even better price

Thanks for doing this review for us! One thing that always bothers me about all of these nice sheds is the fact that you don't need them. The weather doesn't do anything so it makes sheds kind of useless. I am glad, however, that rain no longer goes through them. Only took 20 years.

I'm sorry but as I said when people got early access.. this DLC feels like a bunch of random mods thrown together in 1 pack and what really disappointed me was the distribution center because I thought (as many others did) it was going to work like the similar mods we already have but hopefully with some new features.....but no it's just a selling point this whole DLC is just a let down

​@@randomtanker4355 As far as I know the only one we don't have is the crop washing machine, but other than that there's the interactive production pack, XXL Solar Farm, Large Logistics Warehouse, those are the few I use but there's more under the factories section of the modhub.

Glad you pointed out the Lely Sphere quirk about needing animals before the recipe shows up proper, also I can confirm it definitely works with pigs as I had it working with the Premium expansion pig building! The sell points are definitely bugged though, I tried a few with washed veggies. Each month they do reset / change their requirements but I did notice after a few months the prices bugged and started to increase exponentially. After about 6 months had passed I found eggs topped out at £€$999,999,999 at one of the sell points and most of thenother products were selling upwards of a million. As for what I think of it in general, well that's probably bwst saved for another day 😁.

Unfortunately this is a disappointment. It seems a very confused dlc , it has sheds that we've basically already got in the mod hub it has immersive productions that is a VERY niche aspect of the game. And then sell points? The delivery requirement thing is a new feature I agree and is interesting. Many thanks MrSealyp for showcasing this. You've saved me and I'm sure many others £7. Much love

I think Giants is dipping their toe into the waters of a marketplace concept similar to flight simulators. I think they’re trying to make a path for developers to be able to create something and get some financial return. In flight sims there are tons of crafted airports, sceneries, and aircraft. Some of the aircraft can reach $80+ for a single aircraft, some as cheap as $3. Ultimately it encourages development, can potentially decentralize licensing etc. not a terrible strategy, I just don’t think this was the right thing, pumps and hoses at least brought something novel to the game.

Possibility: reason that the cleaner did the first 1st one twice was because it seemed to reset to be the same as the second one that you started. Or else it is every time that you go into built mode.

That's what i thought because after the seccond washer was started they ran in sinc. 26:07 and it wasn't on the same panel. It moved to the first row.

Some of the small sell points where available in FS19 mods. They are a favorite in German rural locations and have been shown on the TV prog. on Scottish farmers. As a sell point (small automated shop) you fill up the available capacity of the vending machines and refill when empty. Liquids go in machines which will fill bottles either supplied by the customer or the shop owner. They are not bulk storage warehouses. There are vids made by Americans visiting Germany showing how they work and on the TV show. Its a just in time system to reduce waste and provide fresh produce. If you sell out in less then a day you could buy another vending machine. They can sell all farm produce and products with this system from apples to yams,

Someone I watched that plays PC was using big rig trailers to backup to the open doors on the mini game warehouse ....drive the forklift into the trailer and then put them on the rack

So the reason you have the doors on the warehouse is more I think for roleplay and us content creators as you can back a curtain sided lorry to the warehouse with the back doors open then you can drive forklift in to unload the palates in it.

Turn the Lights off in the Minigame warehouse, You'll see the Icons quicker. The triggers at the Docks are for unloading Pallets from the Deck of Trucks backed up to the Dock. Thanks Paul..

Yeah I think you have to wait until the next day, I think was what I have heard. I don't mind that and I think it is realistic, shops only have a limit of capacity and demand, but I understand what you mean. But is it a limit how how many markets/shops you can place, or is all full when you have filled up one market/shop?

I was watching th farmsim show with Klutch and DJ Goham. When they selling products at the sellingpoints at some point and a few in game days further they earned 4 million 😮 with one product. I don’t know if it still doing that, but that will be your bonus 😂

The sell points are definitely bugged, I did a bit of testing last night on PC and after testing with washed veggies and skipping a few months and the prices increased exponentially. And that goes for any product they take too, after 6 months I had eggs selling for €999,999,999! Just standard eggs, unless I somehow unlocked Willy Wonka grade golden eggs 😁.

Work the solar panel washer, looks like when you started the second it restarted the first, so they aren't independent. Seems like a minor bug

The platinum dlc mine won't load ore in to a trailer either so I would say that the sugarbeets not loading in trailer is a game issue rather than a dlc issue. I have the game on steam the only issue I have noticed is acid not refilling in the lely sphere when it has pallets of acid and if you move the pallets slightly the capacity fills again.

I switched from Steam FS22 to Epic Stores for FS22 as for me I lost a couple of saves when running on Steam in the last year and from Epic nothing yet. Saves got stuck on Steam for me. Must say I run Debian testing/trixie with wine-staging and as launcher Heroic, instead of Epic launcher, which is also available for windows.

Solar panels robot reset every time you enter build mode ... Sugar beat cleaner is set up like the iron ore on silver run ... And the sell points can make you millions for certain items. They pay more for items the longer you don't give them the items.

For the potatoes vs washed potatoes, going up from ≈300 to ≈424 is actually 41% more. Percentage wise not bad, wouldn't do it myself because of the pallet hassle 😂

Should have noted that the solar cleaning robot costs money while it runs. Also on my playtrough it does run along the entire length of the solar panels

The two solar washers seem synchronised. I think when you started the second one it reset the first one.

Yeah I think I would do it in game. It ain't often I see dirty products at the supermarket, I don't think they earn much money in real life either for that job. But people expect to get washed products when they buy it

You have to look for the marker on another place, it is different places for each pallet. I like the idea of the concept in this pack, but I'm sceptical to buy this yet, I need to see others play around with it first, but most importantly be fixed issues and updates first before I even consider buying it. Even though I am tempted, but to many issues still. It's not worth 89 Norwegian kroner. Hope you put this into a let's play series. But thanks for the video

So weird that for me on PC the washing machine will hold and store 54 million litres of products and water, so can just tip trailer loads into it and leave it running. However the the other machine that chops the sugar beets has no storage, and will steal any crops you put into it above 4,000 litres. This left me scratching my head somewhat on Friday when I previewed the pack.

so for the washing tub it produces 2 different types of pallet off one product? what is it? & why 2 different pallets, your washing root crops not skinning them. & since it displays only one output a 20% loss is unacceptable. the wash tub was the only thing i was curious about in the whole DLC but it doesnt seem worth it.

He shows the wash tub holding multiple root crops at one time. So each holds 4000 liters. Thats why different crop types are coming out at a time. But he didn’t mention that besides using water, you put in 1000 liters and it produces 800 liters in return. So even though you get paid a little more for the end product, you lose 200 liters per 1000 liters. Every 5 pallets of 1000 liters, you lose 1 pallet. I’d do the math and see if the higher price you get is more equaling out to the lost of your product you are putting in.

Dist centre was paying the same whether the task was completed or not in early access so unless it has changed the mini game is pretty pointless, why stress trying to bet aa timer for no extra benefit?. To me it's more decorative stuff than anything else, the sheds make it possible to do a unified custom build, the stalls could make a market area and the farmer's market part of an industry zone but nothing really brings anything new to the game.

Most things in pack I'd never use the beat cutter maybe the washer I'd use some times very rarely and maybe the sheds I'm n two minds weather to get this dlc as most of it don't work right the robot don't work I do like the cow thing that makes ferts that's neat but two be honest Its not worth the money as most of it don't work I like some of the sheds

Yep I tried 6 times and gave up but if it’s like the fallout 4 update to next gen it showed in the store but was only able to download at certain time since it was released to different regions at different times. So I’m going to wait a few hours and check again

I wonder... you got that base game trailer for trucks if these are loaded with pallets would the trigger register the pallets from a trailer? Edit: i like the small veding points. If you start a new map with smal production like cows honey and small green houses, it might be a good start. I do like the sugar beet cutter, think it goes alot quicker then just the bucket. Some of the sheds are decent. I can see the workshop/dealership work in letsplays with smaller farms. Some of the sheds are nice but this time I don't feel like, okay this ads something to the game. It has some okay things I suppose but nothing gamechanging. I think I'm buying this dlc to keep the game complete, and because of the one ot two things that might have some start up/ small farm potential.

In my opinion, this DLC is a huge disrespect to the entire modding community. There are a lot of talented modders who have in their collection very nicely done with animations, interactive with new mechanics, production and game play mods, which in my opinion really deserve not only to receive money for downloads but also to have the opportunity to sell their work on Steam. Shame on the Giants and shame on those who created this mod

Think i will pass on this... they released a broken DLC upfront, the mods have the same thing but work far better than the dlc copying it... but on the upside these types of dlc indicate that giants are trying new innovative ideas to add more realism and a different perspective on the entire chain connected with agriculture. The price is not very good at all if you consider what value one gets from it and the exchange rate too, maybe it it is heavily discounted one day i will take another look.

I haven't bought a single dlc since fs17. Platinum expension looks good but that's the only one for me. But then I see on pc lots of sales and on console nothing. I put my money where my mouth is and just don't support it because of the big price difference with pc and lack of interesting dlc.

It isn't the best dlc but a long shot but it's only a fiver and there's lots a nice UK style sheds n the beat cutter and the root cleaner as well as the warehouse there pretty neat only issue is the sheds are a bit dear so it'd take u a good lot a seasons before you can afford them the main expense in the game and the best way to make it big is buying land cause you can have a load a productions but if u can't provide large amounts of your crops it's pointless buying them iv tryed a ton a ways of making money n the straw hat factory is a must have u can make a killing off that but u need tons a straw to keep it going cottons also good, I think grass is the best bang for your buck but it's way more work I managed 4 cuts per year on haut beyleron the way to get that one extra cut is as soon as u cut grass roll it down don't wait a month to roll it at first growth stage if u do ull waist 3months waiting cut, roll n leave to grow then turn grass to silage. It's cheaper to fertilise land with solid ferts than manure so if u have cows best sell ur manure n buy solid ferts n ull make a lot a spare cash that way you won't need to waist money buying manure spreaders or slurry spreaders as u can do same we ur slurry unless u like doing the spreading that is
