Our family and ancestors are from Silang, Cavite and we are living here for decades perhaps centuries pa nga kasi pati ninuno ko dito din simula pa dati. We are on the other side sa may Emilio Aguinaldo Hi-way naman. What I like about here eh yung greens at convenience kasi it is a mixture of city and province life. Madaming malapit na magagandang hospital, schools, establishment pero on the other side ang dami pa din farm. Pag may kailangan gawin na manila madali lang din kasi maayos ang daan not congested. Meron kasi ibang province na may province feel din pero malayo sa mga mga ospital, school na maayos ganun. Dito kasi sakto lang talaga. At syempre ang weather, grabe ang tirik ng araw sa Manila pero dito samin kulimlim pa din. Maya maya uulan na. Hindi ulan na makakabaha ha. Yung tipong sarap lang magmuni muni bintana feels. 😊 Ang malalamig talaga na lugar dito ay Silang, Tagaytay, Some parts of Amadeo, Alfonso at Mendez. Yung Dasma kasi medyo hindi na ganun kalamig pati yun mga Gentri, Trece at Tanza. Kahit oo medyo mas malamig sya compare sa Manila pero mas malamig pa din talaga un mga sinabi kong lugar at napakanormal ng foggy days.

This is exactly how I am envisioning my hometown. I share the same wavelength and envision also you briefly opened up about agriculture and I am thinking fisheries here also, we have to raise a awareness, educational system also in partnership with DepEd and CHED to level up the academic track aligned to the available and potential resources that we have. But then again, sino ba naman ako? Isang hamak na kawani lang, ang mahirap dito ay wala ka strong ally and network and capital para maniwala sila - pero itong ito ang aking gustong gawin at realization ko sa loob ng anim na taon bilang kawani, at sa munting karanasan ko bilang Professorial Lecturer sa isang state university dito sa Rizal. One can only do so much but thank you for this. It only goes to show, may nakakatulad din pala ako mag-isip nga lamang, maliit na tao lamang ang inyong lingkod. Thanks for this KD.

Every Filipinos should get involved in backyard farming a healthy life style help control pollution vegetables and fruits are the best food during inflation, production of backyard farming will minimize importation, smugglers and customs employees will starve if not completely stop corruption. DA are evil in corruption recruiting employees must be strictly for those young energetic management abilities. President appointees are not managers. Most are just political appointees.

Mulberries i think can grow anywhere in the Philippines. Meron din kami mulberry which i planted last year, and yung klima sa lugar namin is not cold. It can thrive even sa mainit na lugar Happy watching this vlog! I always watch your vlog, Miss Karen! Thank you and God bless you!

I have mulberry plant in Batangas, 4x a year ang bunga. Once na fully riped na mga fruits tinatanggal ko na lahat ang mga leaves and cut konti ang mga stems. After a week lumalabas na ulit ang mga dahon.

Maganda naman farm, kaya lang ang problem sa lupa kasi yung papasok sa cavite diba traffic at bahain and kung tagaytay nman sobra na heavy traffic. Also when you buy a farm, kailangan mo i consider yung landscape , not only location, kung mabato lupa at matanniman, malinis na ba or maintained , yung ph ng lupa kung kaya mo ma chck at balak taniman. Marami i coconsider sa paf farm lalo kailangan i maintain, tama si sir, mag start muna sa backyard or maliit kesa biglaan tas dami mo lalabas pera then farming wala pa enough research about the land.

Traffic sa Tagaytay pag holidays lang esp long weekends. Pero napakaikli. At dun lang un sa area sa Tagaytay Sta Road un or sa may Ayala going to Alfonso. Pero around 1 to 2 km lang. Madaming alternative na daan para makapasok ng Silang area to Tagaytay during those days. Taga dito po kami kaya po baka po kala nyo yung traffic eh daily life namin hindi po ganun. Nangyayari lang un pag holidays/weekends pero usually hindi din whole day un.
