Bill to help you with the chipper there is a mod called the HoltzBlock on the ls 2013 website get the version 2 it's a longer sled that you put the logs on and the chipper pulls it in

you still need to get the ES Limiter available on the games main website, you can adjust the speed of all vehicles then
