Cementohan lang ung ilalim ng pvc pipe (and valve), lagyan ng cleve to slope back to the water cement box. ta-da, no more waste water. (imagine ung shower pan sa Toilet and bath mo. cemented drain gutter ang gawin, imbes na floordrain, to flow back to water box kasi mas higher elevation ung ram pump vs waterbox.).

Ramp pumps actually work! Marami na ko nakita example dito sa KZbin. Mali lang ang setup na ginawa ni Kuya. Kung nanjan lang ako sa Pinas matutulongan ko kayo. Hopefully hindi nyo abandon ang idea. There a trial and error procedure but I would really suggest na dapat ang volume ng tubig or the weight of the water can push the small amount of water kac meron po yang computation with respect to the gravity ang velocity ng tubig.

@@rodulfomonleon1526 Have you thought of rain water collection? There is so much rain in the Philippines and SAYANG, we just let it drain down the sea. Find a low lying spot in your area and build a catch basin, sort of like a fishpond. With the help of your constituent farmers you can build it together with rocks and boulders and clay. . Then build a canal that would guide the waters from nearby hills towards the catch basin. If Israel became self-sufficient with water despite their arid climate, there's no reason the Philippines can. Sipag at imagination lang talaga ang kailangan natin.

@bel250 There are many KZbin blogs on the subject of ramp pumps from all over the world. Try to research, some are pretty detailed and successful. But mind you, this application is only for low flow water delivery and requires much more maintenance (wear and tear of check valves and cleanup of suction filter) and can't be applied to large farms.

Sir Buddy just a suggestion lang sana yong reservoir nyo ay hindi direkta sa dinadaanan ng tubig kasi pag umulan at lumakas ang daloy ng tubig ay matatabunanan ang reservoir mo ng mga lupa at iba pang dumi at baka masira o matibag. Sana yong tapon na tubig galing don sa may pump ay makolekta rin at ibalik don sa reservoir para hindi sayang.

Masyado mataas ang elevation ng output pipe ng ram pump. Dapat ang output pipe ang maximum elevation ay 10 times the head pressure ng inlet pipe ng ram pump. Ibig sabihin kung 3 meters ang taas ng inlet pipe mo mula sa baba ng drum o tangke hanggang sa ram pump, dapat 30 meters or less lang ang taas ng outlet pipe mo para lumabas ang tubig.

Agree po, kahit nga po electric pump ay may limitation ang lift/elevation and usually nakalagay ang spec sa box. Better po sana kung inayos muna ng maigi yung source dahil it seems weak. I got a feeling ng IF it works, drip na lang ang output sa taas.

Sir dapat yan ang drive pipe if 1 inch ang supply pipe ay kalahati o 1/2 inch. Pwede gawing 2 ang ram pump at drive pipe tapos pag dugtuting sa iisang supply pipe. O kaya kung malakas ang source pwede naman palakihin o gawing 2 inches ang drive pipe at ang rump pump. Pwede mo gawin mas malaki ang tangke ng ram pump o habaan para makapagbigay ng mas mataas na pressure. iyong inlet side will not work. Itinaas mo yung tubing to height of 6ft (estimate) tapos binaba mo ng 4 ft. (estimated). May 2 ft difference kasi mas mataas yung exit point. This is not possible with out using external power. Gumana lang siya for short time kasi may nilagay na drum (priming) ginawa nilagyan na ng tubig yung drum. Best parin yung may flow of water through gravity from high elevation to low tapos dun na iconnect and ram pump.

Tama sir dapat Hindi na nag siphon kasi pagnaubos Yun tubig or umangat Yun tubo sa source stop na din Yun tubig sa siphon which is mag igib Ka nmn para sa siphon drum ,dapat nagdirekta na Lang Siya sa source Ng pipe mga 1' tas reduce nalang malapit sa ram pump. Okey Lang siphon Kung sa ilog niya ilagay kasi Di naubusan Yun source pag ilog.

Hello sir buddy suggest ko lang Yung Plastic drum sa TaaS pwede palitan ng steel drum may tendency na ma yupi Yun Kong may baradu sa suction line ...at Yung rump pump I'm not sure Kong 1/2 inch lang ba Yun , Peru sa akin lang palakihan mo ng 1inch or 1 1/2 dia. i think the reason y the drum is deformed be cause it doesnt suck water at all. the water that is being released is not being replaced.

The problem is the drum pump. The location of ram pump is higher than the water box, so I dont think the drum pump will suck enough water to replace the water used by the ram pump. It would be better to remove the drum pump and look for a place 2 meters below the water box where the ram pump will be installed. With this present drum pump and ram pump set up, i think you will run out of water soon because the drum pump do not suck water from the water box.

Yes, essentially you should make a siphon (with or without the drum, as long as the ram pump is way below the “water box”(source should be higher than the ram pump for the siphon to work to supply enough water with the kinetic energy for the ram pump to work)

Sir, i suggest install the ram pump sa ilog para umakyat ang tubig. Other suggestion is crude or gasoline 2hp water pump using 3/4 pvc pipe at gawa ka ng reservoir sa itaas.
