I am a farmer from Dindigul. I am fully intrested in vegetable and grain cultivation. I am very reluctant into animal husbandry for the only reason marketing them because of the syndicate of middle men. Will there be a chance of directly supplying to the company with fixed rate and fixed quality.

May I know, Why the protein consumption should be same across all countries - Protein need for a living beings are based on climate and various facts, isn't it ? You are even telling indian goat is lean but western countries has fatty goat, it has the answer, right? 🤔

India is high-carb nation because of tropical weather & agrarian physical work ppl majority... When talking about Protein Consumption he forgot to include veg proteins i think... As current population majority is not much physical work, we should switch to balanced diet (less carb high protein - not so high as west).

Good diet should be high on Proteins and fiber and less carbohydrates. In India it's a reverse. This should change. Even a doctor/nutritionist/dietician would recommend the same.

23:36 Bullshit, India has a huge chunk of vegetarians compared to the rest of the world. It is common in other countries to consume pork and beef. All mutton are not equal, you have chevon(goat meat) which is different from Mutton (sheep meat). Virgin goats cost even more to purchase than the one which has given birth. P.S. I am a small scale butcher myself :)
