That was a lot of work for two people. I love those old farms with the different kinds of barns and silos, old tractors and pickup trucks. Reminiscent of my younger days visiting the farm of my great uncle in Hallsboro, NC. Thanks for the video.

@auralsonicwaves7170 It brought back memories with me too. My great grandfather was a farmer. Although he died before I was born, my mom took me to the old home place that looked a lot like this property. My dad's family were farmers too back in the 1920's.

They had a lot of leaves for sure.

@markd9105 yes, and a lot more to fall.

I cut up the leaves with my gravely 360 as well, I've never had this problem but have seen some break belts,I guess due to leaves around the belts and spindles. Have you ever had this happen?
@BigSouthOutdoorsTVАй бұрын
@cobracommander2885 No, I haven't. That is most likely due to the height of your deck. The leaf matter gets so thick it puts too much pressure on already weak belts, and they can't handle the extra load. Try raising your deck up an inch or so when mulching.

And, at the end of it, what happens to all the leaves?
@BigSouthOutdoorsTV29 күн бұрын
@@philheese1728 I said during the post walk around that we mulched them up. I was unable to get any footage because, as I was at the beginning, I forgot to put the filming equipment in the truck.

Time to put on mask dirt in your shoes is one thing but dirt in your lungs is another

@@AlanW.Walker Thanks for watching. I can't do masks. Not only can I not breathe, but I also have anxiety attacks. I just have to deal with the dirt.
