I feel your pain. Had ulcerative colitis since I was 12. I mainly only eat meat, fish and eggs now. My kids love it when I get chocolate for Christmas because they know they will get it.

Belated happy birthday. Oh gosh, Ulcerative colitis? Not fun. I nearly died with it last year. Fortunately, I can still eat chocolate, but I did find a very strict exclusion diet (basically, just meat, fish and root veg (not potatoes) and green leafy veg) for a month put me right. I've been fine since. Thing is, it never goes away, does it, it just goes into remission. So, I feel for you. Good to see two early lambs - even if they needed a bit of help to come out. You make it look so easy! Hope the foot gets better soon.
