thank you so much for this demo. i've been on the fence for months. i prune professionally and my elbow is finally taking a beating, plus this is so efficient for big jobs. this expensive tool doesn't make sense for most folks, but this would both increase our bottom line AND our physical health. sold.

I own an older model for many years. It makes a clean cut. No chains popping off. No sawdust. It needs refurbished after so much use. So many invasive bushes! And junk trees. With the extension pole, which is extra, it is able to get upper branches. I have a Manuel pole I need to yank. I have a pole with saw. The older model had a heavy padded vest. On /Off was on belt. So many improvements! I still have guestions and doing research, especially on best price. Definitely get the lubricant spray, grease bottle and the spray to remove plant residue and the sharpening tool. Clean as soon as possible after using. ❤
