Tapping into the Potato Industry: Harvesting and Processing | Italian Farm | FS 22 | Timelapse #83

Welcome back to the Italian Farm Timelapse. Today marks the commencement of our production cycle, starting with the delivery of essential ingredients. Our first stop is the raisin factory, where we load the finished products for transport to the cereal production facility. Simultaneously, we're in the process of grinding straw bales to produce pellets. Meanwhile, we are actively selling the final products from our brewery and sugar factory. These profits will fund the launch of our upcoming potato processing business.
Our potato fields are now ripe and ready for harvesting. With the plant construction complete, our next step is procuring the necessary equipment for potato harvesting, with the GRIMME Ventor 4150 combine taking center stage. In the fields, it's expertly supported by the NEW HOLLAND T8 GENESIS tractor, equipped with the new AMITYTECH loader trailer. Transporting the harvested potatoes to the processing facility is entrusted to two dependable trucks: the MAN TGS and the TATRA PHOENIX, both outfitted with reliable WIELTON trailers.
To fully initiate our production operations, we must ensure a steady supply of canola oil, which we source from our vegetable oil production plant.
