Burning Straw Pellets, Cow Feed Manufacturing, Slurry Fertilization | HORSCH Farm | FS 22 | #28

Welcome back to the HORSCH AgroVation Farm Timelapse. To begin, our truck transports straw pellets from the field, enabling the establishment of a thermal power plant for their combustion. This process generates electricity that we then sell to consumers. Following this, we head to the sugar factory to acquire beet pulp, a by-product of production. This pulp will play a crucial role in our initiative to produce our own cattle feed. We are building a feed factory and supplying other ingredients for feed production.
Moreover, our agricultural endeavors extend to supplying milk from the farm to the dairy, contributing to cheese production. Additionally, we distribute a range of finished products from our manufacturing facilities to various points of sale. These products include granulated fertilizer, mineral feed additives, as well as pallets of bread and cheese.
Our cowbarn serves as a repository for ample natural fertilizer in the form of manure and slurry. To enhance our fertilization process, we invest in new equipment, combining it with a FENDT 1050 tractor. Post-wheat harvest, we venture into the fields, fertilizing them with liquid manure. Subsequently, we transport the finished feed from our new cow feed plant to our barn, loading it onto a trailer for further distribution.
