Having fished the lake in the 50s , 60s , 70s , 80s , right up until 17 or 18 unless you saw what it was in the 50s and 60s you have no idea how much the quality has improved. That being said I remember being 6 to 8 years old with tears in my eyes looking at the lake. Never ever let another generation suffer the pain bewilderment of why.

I can't even imagine how much toxic stuff is at the bottom of that lake from 100 years of dumping and run off. It's such a shame that we destroyed these beautiful places
