Being a farmers daughter i would like to say, being nice guys even in big numbers does not wok with the politicians and councils, you have power as a collective and you are going to have to choose how you put that power into action so that you get results. Of course, the French farmers are being intensely in your face to their governments, to the local councils and local governments, i have to laugh as I watched them spray their liquid manure on the front entrances of local council buildings, pile muck in front of delivery bays and block entrances to companies using foreign milk products for their yogurt production; but it might be effective. I guess it is just a message, I know most farmers just get on with dealing with their everyday needs. Just don't be 'too Nice', those you are standing up against don't have one nice bone in their bodies, bullies who we hope turn into cowards and back down when properly challenged.
