If the majority of lorry & tanker drivers joined forces with the farmers then this lousy government will be defeated in as little as two weeks. About 200m from my front door a huge new electric grain drier running on electric has replaced the smaller gas driers. Two companies that supply agricultural equipment have also expanded. Lots of new farm shops too.

Tax is theft. We can sugar coat. The taxes we agree to pay to provide services for the less fortunate is one thing. But government pass bills, acts and laws without our consent to take more tax that wasn't agreed. That is theft. We agree to things to make the rich pay their fair share, but it always hits the people it was never intended to. The problem is, billionaires can negotiate and not pay their 20%. 20% of 5 billion is a vast amount of money. But it's not enough to be taxed into poverty. 20% 0f 500 quid, is a substantial amount. You are left with not enough. Then you got to jump through beauracratic hoops disclosing all your personal information to claim money that was stolen in the first place. Inheritance tax should be abolished it's already been taxed.
