I went to the singhu border on 30th Dec. I am a woman and was a little apprehensive as to the kind of atmosphere that would be there. I walked in the crowd for almost 4 hours and not even a single individual made me feel uncomfortable. Nobody stared at me even once. I felt so safe. Unbelievable. This never happens when I am in crowded public places in India. I am so in awe of these people, THEY RESPECT WOMEN .
