Jennifer Fitzgerald yes, i have a 600 square food apt. trying to do a few things but worried i’ll get rid of shit after a month. nothing $$$. but i’m obsessed with lanterns. and mason jars. but i’m the type of person who, if i have 3 things on my kitchen counter (toaster, drying rack and DAWN dish soap) it’s CLUTTER. but i gotta live.

I love what you have done in such a small space. If you are trying to decide what to do for a small kitchen island, watch a very recent tube video by White Cottage Company where Mary takes an old dresser and converts it into her kitchen island. If you also want to eat at it then you can add a larger top to the dresser/island and put hinges so the edges can fold down when not in use and up when you need more surface area.

7:17 that table is very cute there. Consider adding a larger table top right over the existing one. Underneath the new top, you add blocks of wood snug to the existing top, so it will stay where you want. Move to a new apartment and need a small table, lift off the large top and it's good as new! 💖🌞🌵😷
