My mom made similar cookies while I was growing up. She called them Rocks. I don’t remember coconuts. They had oatmeal, raisins, chocolate Chips, and walnuts.

Thank you Suzanne! ❤️ It is a dream of mine as well. It was a much needed family trip. Since we have been farming, it is impossible to have a normal summer. We don’t have time to go camping or do getaway trips as a family. I will cherish the memories from this experience ☺️

The food sealer looks really nice. I hope your chicken turned out okay because chicken shouldn’t be marinated longer than 30 minutes. It’s a more fragile meat that breaks down easily. Now what you did would be perfect for beef. Hope you had a nice trip!
