Its beautiful and maybe self sustaining. My question is why is the owner selling it? I can speculate the following reasons : 1) The overhead cost or maintenance per month is higher than the income generated, 2) The owner is moving to a better place, 3) Management problems with the Human Resources for the cultivation, upkeep and maintenance of the farm and facilities. But I bet you, it’s #1.
