I have this home. It’s perfect for a single guy like me. I had the bathroom (by the front door) changed into a walk-in closet and added another window in the living room, so there are three windows in a row. I have a great view to the east. I am very happy with this house. Also want to say that it has 2x6 exterior walls, which I’m pretty sure is standard for all Sunshine homes. I have 9’ ceilings, which is also an option with this house.

Thats a great idea about taking the second bath out. I'm single and that first bedroom could be my office since i work from home. I live in Ga and have not found anything comparable. I live in a 3/2 on a bit over an acre. But I feel like I'm just working to pay a mortgage. And at 58...there has to be more to life than this. Did you get it around the price he mentioned? Really like the floorplan, especially for a single wide. The entry door is a terrific concept along with a closed utility room. Maybe a mono-sloped roof and more of a Scandinavian decor instead of the farmhouse look. Good job.

Hi Chance and family. It was interesting to see the tiny home. I like the larger homes but this tiny home was fun to see. The outside was really nice I like the window shutters and the small porch was cute. The flooring was nice in the home and the kitchen area had that nice island with the shiplap . I like the high end appliances and the cabinets. Two small bedrooms and two small bathrooms but they go nicely with a tiny house. Thanks again Chance for showing this cute home to us. Very enjoyable. Definitely saving this one for me on my daughter and son-in-law's property (hopefully in about two years -- saving, saving, saving to go all in debt-free!). I love the tiny homes but so many have only one bath so this one is definitely cool. Love the entry (the way you went in from the porch). Love the porch! Love the split bedrooms! Love the square sinks! But, I disagree with you and many other viewers about open floor plans. I'd rather have the kitchen closed off. But, that's just me and a few of your viewers. The only change I would make is to put a wall, doesn't have to be a complete wall to the ceiling, between the living room and kitchen. Other than that, it's perfect!!!
