I really likes this video Lisa. More elements of daily life. More interaction with the kids. Very nice. I'm a mother of 12. Been homemaking for 32 years. I was teaching my 13 yr old son to make bread this morning. I've taught him 2 different kinds in hopes of making him the family breadmaker. 😊

Oh Lisa, this was so refreshing...the 'running out of time', the pausing to let your kids talk to you. It's all real and I so appreciate this! I'm a very, very, very small creator lol and at times can get frustrated with myself when I'm filming and I hear my kids in the background being so loud, but I need to realize this is their home too. Thank you for the reminder!

It just takes time. Be patient with yourself. Know that you are unique, one of a kind, and in this world for such an important assignment. God has chosen YOU to raise those beautiful children and He will give you all you need to do so. Just ask Him for what you need. Keep running your race well, not looking to the right or left to compare with anyone else. And find yourself a “running partner”, someone who encourages you each day to keep on going strong. Much love to you and your sweet family. ❤️

Beautiful video. To make my sourdough bread routine easier… I premix my flours and salt in bags and keep them in the fridge (to keep the ground flour fresher), and then I just take a bag out when I’m ready and mix it up with the starter, and it saves so much time! Also, I’ve started baking two breads at once and freezing one for busy days, or to give away to people as a trade for something like milk or a massage or vegetable, or just simply as a gift :)

My favorite white which I use if BM, Dove White. My house is still in grey, yet I used BM Grey Owl which reads more of a very light grey blue and is warm and looks nice against trim.
