Why is the quest so bad in arena?

@@kissreno This is basically it. Going down 1 card is a huge price to pay and honestly the reward for most of them isn't even very good. Most of the cards in hearthstone now actively add cards to your hand while providing tempo so a card really has to do a lot to cost mana and add nothing to the board or remove something from the opponents board.
