Well i have in pob 4.2k Es on hit. I hit 10 times per second so i guess its even more then 10k

@@Lifefuckingsucks850 you know there is a leech cap right? for es thats 10% of max es unless you invested into increasing that cap. your attacks per second dont really matter since it doesnt matter how many leech instances you have active per second, they still cant exceed the maximum. feel free to correct me if im wrong :)

Deli layers adds rarity, quant and toughness to the maps. So yeah
