I was in Tokushima a few weeks ago! Climbed Mount Tsurugi in the snow. Very cool seeing snow falling around a blossoming sakura tree. Working on my own video about it now :) Are you based there? I notice you and Awa Drone have a few videos of this fairly obscure place.

Oh, glad you made it through here. It's an often overlooked part of Japan, but has so many great things to offer. Yes, I'm based in Tokushima. I'll let you in on a little secret, Awa Drone and I are one in the same ;)

Damn I wish my grandfather had known to farm like this. Instead he carved a terrace by hand in the mountain.

So helpful, thank you! I would have never guessed that was the first step. Your response is like someone asking how do I tour the Grand Canyon, and you say helpfully, “go to Arizona”
