I like connecting these pots to a drawers network, especially since they introduced double- and half-drawers! Throw in the More Crops add-on and you’ll basically automate everything.

You can also use a hoe on a pot with dirt in it, just in case anyone was wondering. I think the only flaw is that you can grow plants in darkness which I find a little unrealistic. If they made you have to have a light source close by it to grow some of the plants, that would make it almost perfect.

I believe the creator of the mod replied on some comment in here, maybe I will drop the same suggestion there because I also like the idea. Also I got a question, when you got the plant growing on top, can you place another block on top?

My biggest hope for this addon is it becomes compatable with the Farming addon. Being able to grow all the crops from that with these would be incredible. Heck almost every addon that has crops could benefit from these, I dunno how programming mods works but do wish they were just universal for any plant from any mod. If the devs of this addon see this, great job on it! =D

I didn't hesitate getting this addon when it dropped and I've got the ftb storage crates and basic machines and have alll of it hooked uo with hoppers so I pretty much have everything I need automated 😂

@lewis13091 no they go in just fine, it's only non stackable items that can't go in em literally everything else is fine even stuff from other addons

@@kings3031 im literally on rn can you help, ive placed a dirt in hopper pot and used the hoe put wheat seeds in the pot and they grow and i have a single oak storage drawer underneath and i still have to manually put harvest the crop, even tried putting 1 wheat in the drawer but still nothing

@lewis13091 ahh no it's gotta be a chest under the pots, then put a hopper under the chest going into the drawer, it's funky ik but that's the only way it works

Just so people are aware, this addon does use entities. Every crop is an entity, so this addon can affect normal entity spawns

Thanks for the heads up, I was thinking about getting this Add-On but I may wait on getting it an an later date. Just too many good Add-Ons that use entities at the moment that may interfere with vanilla mobs spawning. I will keep this in my wish list soon.

I ran across an oddity... I had a hopping pot on a chest, and I deleted the pot itself and the crop kept growing in the air as if the pot were still there. Happened with 4 of them in a row. There doesn;t appear to actually be a way to remove them. I even logged out, and back in, still there.

I tried that and it actually worked. It was a accidental discovery when I caught a Cave Chicken (Biome Pets) and it was laying eggs like crazy to the point I couldn't use a chest or a barrel to contain it all. It hopped onto a empty hopper connected to my storage drawer and it collected the eggs. Solved my problem! I tested that out with storage drawer and it worked for me! So it does work!

I can't grow dandelions; It won't let me do it with any dirt type I try, and I was hoping to use them for stews : ( okay so I found out blue orchids also give the effect I need, and I can grow them so yay!!!

Ok I know this has nothing to do with the vid but there is a glitch that when you right click with any item with a right click function it will give instant full hunger bar. I was on mobile on my realm with one friend on peaceful mode.

Besides the light issue, I'm a bit bothered by the fact none of these require their respective tools at all, that's a bit more OP than I'd like, also the tiny trees weird me out.

I really hope it pairs up with the Farming Addon! Not only that but the other Plant Base Addons as well! This could go so much further like the Bucket+ Add On accept it can grow many different Plants from either Farming, Bob's Farming, Another Food, Advance Food, Nature+, Realism Flowers and Fields, ForestCraft, and Etc! Theres so much this addon could do and i think people would love they can grow more then the vanilla plants. Also when i get this Addon, This would definitely help not only with the way I like to play but also my favorite Addon Celebration Food because i love making Kitchens in my Builds 😅

I was just about to try it to see if it worked with the Farming and I'm glad I went to check back to my comment. Thanks for telling me tho such a same it only works for a Vanilla Plants right now. I hope they get a update 😊 Tho is anyone else struggling sometimes with other Addons with the Farming pot Add when the upgrades are played to it. Higher then gold, it would sometimes freeze at the finally growth point? I keep having time break one pot and replanting it and all the pots start growing again 😅

@ I have an issue where I accidentally pasted a structure over the farming pots and broke the pot but the plant is still there floating and I can’t place blocks anymore it’s really annoying lol this mod has also been affecting other ones and just making invisible blocks it’s annoying I love the pack but it’s been causing so many issues

Okay so I came up on an issue with this it’s really irritating I had copy n pasted something and didn’t realize it went on my farm and now the pot is gone but the berry inside it stays and I like can’t get rid of it unless I just uninstall the mod and keep it off it goes away I really love the mod but this makes me so upset if someone has anything that could help let me know please
