Well thought-out mode. I think the game is the shortcomings in the livestock system. There are no shortcomings in cow and pig breeding. Only the "milk" collected in the cow stall should be called "CowMilk". In sheep breeding sheep must be collected in their milk and the product name should be changed to "Sheep milk". It is unrealistic for chickens to be salable, feedable (water, corn, wheat, etc.). It would be nice to have it palletized in your eggs. It is a very good idea to collect the animals cut in the butchery as carcass meat. However, it is useful to designate the product name as "Cow Meat", "Sheep Meat", "Pork Meat", "Chicken Meat". I also think that we should be able to sell "Cow skin", "Pig skin", "Sheep skin" to the leather processing plants.

HI,i have a little problem with this mod( Kastor Food Inc. Placeable slaughterhouse)...i downloaded it ,unpack it,copyed those 4 rar in my mod folder,but i can't find them in my modlist when i'm starting my game,..can anyone help me with that?

When downloading from "uploaded" site, after you entered the text press the enter button on keyboard to skip extra popup screens. Do not use the mouse buttons to click the download button.

Update: Got the file from sharemods and it may have been altered. Just downloaded from uploaded, which by the way i do not like at all, at is free and clear.

I'm not too sure about that, but one thing is that you don't have to fatten them up before hand. That will save a lot. The pens are just for stalk piling for later sales. You could just drive them from the animal sales and drop them right at the processing plant. Good lord the P.E.T.A I hope not lol.

You dont have to convert the rar...Just extract it with winrar. Also that translate feature isnt a windows 10 thing, its chrome...

RAR and Zip work the same in 7zip. No need to convert anything. Also P.E.T.A stands for Please Eat The Activist. Its a message for the animals they face.

Hello and thanks for the great videos on the mods and links. I am having problems with this one. The two transports trails will not show up in game, but show up as installed in mods. It also shows an error will in game over the drop off point. Any help would be great and thanks.

I'm not really too sure about that one. Haven't had that problem yet. Did you just recently update the game or do you have it through Steam?

I am running on steam and the only thing i can come up with is that it not multi-player mod. The only problem is its not showing up as an error in the logs. Most of the time it will say MP error if that was the case. Really stumped myself. I play with my brother and we let the game run for weeks at a time so we really like the placeable mods to make it worth running 24/7. Your videos are great and love the links to get all the mods right here. Just wanted to add we are playing on the lost island map. We really like the map, you may want to check it out if you like a uncluttered map.

I will only sell the pigs because they are the only animals that have no value to the farmer other than to sell them after they have cost an arm and a let to feed and water. The sheep's wool is very valuable and you get milk from the cows.

i have not used uploaded.net since fs2015..almost 2 yrs ago but yet when i try to download this mod from them,it says ive reached my max number of downloads?..guess this is one mod i wont be installing which sucks because ive already downloaded the processing plant..i have never had trouble with a mod site and uploaded.net will not receive a penny from me

It says it takes cows although I didn't try, you can't store the cows thou you would just have to turn them into meat right from buying them. No placeable cow pen.

How do you manage so many cows? I find anything over 250 and you're spending so much time mowing grass and cleaning up their poop that you have no time left to plant or harvest crops. Are you using the table manners mod (which I don't want to use, as I think it's too unrealistic), or do you have another trick, with so many cows? The Lely perhaps, or multi-player?

lely juno or table manners, but trust me at 1000 cows lely can't keep up lol. I couldn't find a good way to balance planting vs breeding, because once you hit the 120x to grow crops all your food is gone. So I installed growth control and made plants grow almost immediately after seeding, that way I can keep the speed at x5-x30 without losing all the food and hard work. Im only needing to hit 120x when I need forage/pig food/silage mixed which only takes a few minutes.

I don't understand mods like this. There's also mods where you can paint up your eggs into Easter eggs to increase their value, or turn your milk into higher value products before onselling. Surely this is getting far removed from farming. Farmers sell primary products for profit (eggs, milk, animals at auction, etc), then it's the purchaser of these goods who increase their value by turning them into something else - not the farmer!

I see your point and your right. It just adds a little spice to the game I guess. I would like it more if it took more time to fatten them up and prepare them. Then when its slaughter time, It should take a couple of days for the meat to process.
