TeeZee simulator games seem to be very popular in Germany, I think I remember that they got a picture of Angela Merkel playing the switch version of one of the older farm sims, plus a lot of parents probably buy these types of games for their kids as there not as violent or graphic as games like call of duty of battlefield so probably seen as a better alternative to those games if a kid is younger and wants to play videogames. Also I remember one of my friends saying that they play simulation games to relax and unwind after long days of work
