A little trick you can do is when harvesting by yourself park the tractor and wagon half way down the field and drive the combine to the wagon each time you get to it. Ya it may sound stupid but you won't have to jump out and start the other tractor so much.

That planter is not a cultivator! I found this out the hard way after doing exactly what you did!

You'll find with the CAT harvester they are very thirsty and use ALOT of fuel, Makes them pretty expensive to use there in Kansas with the big fields. I run two on my game and am constantly refueling them. The little red tractor (cant remember what its called) is one of my favorites, very inexpensive and fuel efficient.

oh and get the Cat before the baler as not only will it make harvesting faster but also bailing when you get around to it as there will be less trails to collect.

you can also use ur proffiehopper for haylage instead of using silage

For that type of map i recommend you this mods: Lemken Varititan Spezial Edition (plow), terrano22FX(cultivator),pronto27M and Lemken27 (seeders),Claas Lexion 770 terratrac (harvester) CAT MT 955,NewHolland T9,Claas Xerion 5000TracVC1 final version (tractors) , Krone BIG X V12 Cargo (for grass and corn chaff) Good luck!

Less damage to crops if you were to for instance spray the field after it was seeded.

Also if you plan on selling the straw, get yourself a forge harvester trailer, much cheaper than the bailing equipment and saves you the step of picking up the bails. And sell that small harvester, it will get you a little over $100k.

when you plant on field 10 you will need a bigger plow after you harvest. I play on central Kansas too and I hate having to plow it maybe you could made a mod spotlight on a bigger plow.

Go into sheep. Cattle is optional. I would also sell the profihopper and get a real mower

Keep the smaller harvester! You can have a worker using the bigger one, and if you don't have anything to do, you could help him in the smaller one ... or you can just have 2 workers going from different ends of one big field ... - And no sheep if you ask me ...

Right now the Cat is convenience at the expense of additional income. And you need the income. So go for the baling equipment.

all together the round baler is cheaper because the square baler needs the autostack

Der as for Sprayers yes there terrible for the environment, but fertisiser spreaders are essential for farming if you don't then you'll overwork the soil and nothing will grow.

I think you should sell 2 green combine harvesters and buy Cat. Also sell red tractor and buy New Holland. And get into sheep because they're easy peasy to deal with.

Sell the little harvester, and the big one. Then buy the biggest harvester you can. I'm sure the mod ones you have are worth it, or the big Deutz with the corn header capability.

sheep is a decent investment as you mainly end up working with them whilst waiting for your crops to grow. Dont get to many though cause it can get annoying =P.

I would plow the field and get rid of the smallest harvester but keep the bigger one. I would get the get the Cat ASAP. As of right now I think bailing would be a waist of money since the return is not real great. Also I would invest in a better tipper.

I don't think FollowMe is as bad as you think, you just didn't set the cruise controls for the following vehicles. Which is why they went too fast and slammed on their brakes a lot.

der, if you get the cat harvester sell the little harvester you own. but if you get the bailing tech. sell the red tractor that red tractor should hopefully get you just enough.

Don't bother with the baler and auto stack, just buy a forage wagon because you can collect the straw with that and it is cheaper. Also sell the two harvesters and you should then have enough money to by the CAT. This way you can sell the straw and get the bigger harvester.

You should sell the small combine it isn't worth it. Your trailers also dump out the back. You should definatly get the cat because it is alot bigger it can combine feilds faster and faster means you get done faster means you can plant faster means more crop means more money more money means more equipment and feild and then it starts agin.

there is a very good mod with a krone mower that is the normal one that is in the game but i only got 1 mower head and it got a trailer ( loading capacity ) up to 33000 L but it cost quite abit ( 200 000 )

You should maybe get the class 770 terra track from fs-uk.com. it is the best combine every but it needs a bigger tank but still it takes 5 mins to fill. the header has a cool animation. as for the corn head i havent tryed that one yet but i suppose it has an animation to. How about the dirty tires mod on the same webstie. ( FYI I get basicly all of my mods are from fs-uk.com unless I say so) The care wheels i have mixed felling s about i think you should sell it because it isn't worth it
