Typically lawn care crews don't park in residential driveways. It puts your equipment right in the way for mowing (which is why you almost ran into it) and clean up, not to mention it's rude to the customer. Also, the only time you'd use an old mower like that Craftsman would be to mow vacant fields that would be known to have garbage in them so if you hit it, you blow up an old mower and not your new $12k zero turn.
